Pickings are starting to get slim at this point. Depth is the key as you make a stretch run. The Forte injury opens things up for Barber. A few wide receivers emerge and could be viable starting options down the stretch. Keep in mind often times your starting roster in Week 16 is a shell of the team that got you there, so keep your head in the game and be ready to pounce on the waiver wire.
Quarterbacks
Alex Smith (Yahoo – 53%, ESPN 36%)
Smith is on the list once again for two reasons. One, he’s been very consistent. Two, quarterbacks are dropping like flies and with seven of his last eight games ending in double digit points, he’s worth grabbing if he’s still available.
Matt Moore (Yahoo – 20% , ESPN – 5.4%)
Moore is averaging over 14 points a game over the last six games and he is about to hit a very soft stretch in the schedule. I’m not a huge fan, but with games against the Eagles, Bills, and Patriots, you should go get him.
Peyton Manning – A major reach, but if you have the depth to stash a guy like Manning, do it.
Running backs
This is the time of year you want to make sure you handcuff your studs. HANDCUFF!

Hallelujah the bye weeks are done. If you are reading this, you are either in a tight race to make the playoffs or you are fine tuning your team for a championship run. Either way, we have lost the dead weight and are now only dealing with championship caliber fantasy players. HELL YEAH!
The fantasy football waiver wire will once again come into play in week 11. After having rosters wide open for week 10, we fall back in bye week for one last time in the 2011 season.
