Is your team ready for a Playoff run?
Fantasy football leagues are within a week of the regular season coming to an end and FantasyDaddy.com is going to look at most favorable fantasy football playoff match ups.
Most standard leagues use weeks 14,15 and 16 as fantasy football playoff weeks, with a single elimination format. (Side note: In my league (WCFFL) we start in week 13 and have the games are two weeks long, if you want to know why just ask).
I do have a really scary looking excel document that gives the break down on this stuff, but sometimes you just have to realize that may be TMI for the masses. With that in mind, I’m keeping this simple.
WRs that face the softest schedule for the playoffs (Weeks 14,15,16)

**WRs listed with weekly opponents (ranked by fantasy points allowed vs. WRs)
Miami WR's - Davone Bess and Greg Camarillo owners are smiling right now! All three of them! Unless your team is decimated by injuries over the next couple weeks or you play in a 16 team league this doesn't have much impact on your roster.
St. Louis WR's - Donnie Avery looks as though he will be the only decent play from the Rams. This is still all about Steven Jackson; he is the only option in STL.
San Diego WR's - Vincent "Action" Jackson is only going to continue to dominate. A must play all season in this pass happy offense; VJ will be trying to carry you to a super bowl win. Malcom Floyd opposite
New Orleans WR's - Marques Colston is having the year fantasy football owners thought he would have last season. Colston down the stretch will be an animal and continue to get red zone looks. Lance Moore has continued to frustrate fantasy owners with his injuries and could actually emerge during the fantasy playoffs. If he returns to form he is a very strong flex play. Devery Henderson has picked up the slack and produced well. The knock on
Arizona WR's - Larry Fitzgerald is getting hot and at the right time. Anquan Boldin is pouting for now, I think he will realize that his childish routine will cost him money in the long run and he will get it together. If not, Steve Breaston is ready and able to pick up the slack. In the event the situation escalates with Boldin keep Jerheme Urban in mind as a late season pick up.
Seattle WR's - Nate Burleson has been a pleasant surprise for fantasy football owners this season. On pace for his best season as a pro and his second 1,000 yard season Burleson is a strong play. TJ Houshmandzadeh is back to playing second fiddle, yet still productive. Housh is a strong WR3 or flex play.
Lions WR's - Calvin Johnson owners feel almost as frustrated as Matt Forte owners. Megatron has been hurt and it now appears he is close to healthy. If healthy I would expect some fantastic numbers from CJ down the stretch.
Houston WR's - Andre Johnson continues to be a beast. A team in the playoff hunt with a favorable schedule is all you can ask for as a fantasy owner. I am curious how well the passing attack with be now that Owen Daniels is out. Matt Schaub struggled vs. the Colts in the only game without Daniels so we are all waiting to see if Kevin Walter is going to wake up and become significant in our Fantasy Football world.
Green Bay WR's - If you own Greg Jennings I know how you feel. Confused, frustrated, aggravated possibly even sad. Will he show up? I sure hope he does, he has had the ball come his way this season, but he doesn't have the catches or enough big plays to show for it. If you own Donald Driver, I know how you feel. Your surprised, excited, fired up! Driver has at this point given you more than you could have expected from an aging wide out. You love Driver because he is consistent and you can count on him. The only question about Driver down the stretch is his health, monitor closely.
Ravens WR's - Derrick Mason is the receiver with the most value on the team. He's old and wants more money, but he is the only guy of value to consider here. Mark Clayton seem to have emerged and may be worth a roster spot in deeper leagues. Ray Rice leads the team is receptions and Todd Heap is third. I wouldn't go as far as to say that Mason is consistent, but he is the only option.

*QBs listed with weekly opponents (ranked by fantasy points allowed vs. QBs)
Giants WR's - Steve Smith came back to earth, Eli hurt his foot and the sky is falling in
Denver WR's - The wild card here is Kyle Orton. If he is hurt don't expect a lot from this team. I'm not saying you bench
Jacksonville WR's - Michael Sims-Walker is legit. I laughed at people that said to bench him vs. the Jets. Look he's the only reliable option in the air in
Carolina WR's - I will repeat Steve Smith will get his. This is an angry man that wants the ball! Mushin Muhammad is old, slow and the odd man out in a run heavy attack.
Minnesota WR's - The Vikings are chasing the Saints for the #1 seed at this point. Their is a chance that by week 16 the playoff seeds are set, if that is the case consider yourself warned. Sidney Rice is an animal, Favre is turning this guy into a yardage machine, and at this point a must start. Percy Harvin has show flashes but he has not fared well against above average defenses, proceed with caution.
Dallas WR's - For this team alone, I will need to edit this article. What is going on with this team? Is Roy Williams back now? I am not sold on that, he is seeing the ball the same amount of times, he is just catching it now. Miles Austin is seeing double teams and he has come back down to earth. Patrick Crayton is a fourth or fifth option in this offense. Be aware Tony Romo does not play well in December, which typically means his receivers don't either.
Tennessee WR's - I still say that Vince Young is a wildcat offense waiting to happen. At this point if you are starting a Titans receiver you are desperate and must have very low expectations for points at that slot. Nate Washington is the only guy that seems to know what the end zone is and the only one worthy of a spot in your line up. (UPDATE) Scratch that, it appears that Kenny Britt has emerged as the go to receiver for VY. If you haven't picked him up yet, this could be a solid WR3 down the stretch.
Eagles WR's - With Westbrook out likely for the season this offense turned from pass heavy to pass only. Maybe not pass only but you can expect 80/20. This team will continue to throw and even though they face tough teams I would not shy away from boom/bust DeSean Jackson (Must start) and Jerry Maclin (flex play). Keep an eye out on Jason Avant; it will be interesting to see how the Eagles use him over the next couple games. (UPDATE) Jason Avant is a big play guy and should be on a roster by Week 13.

How would you, or would you, shuffle this WR corps?
Holt out Britt in. That's the only call I could feel comfortable giving you. You really need VJ to break out of his funk and Ward to continue his monster season to stay in the game.
