Help Fantasy Daddy Make a Difference

NFL Football - Football

blue_shield_smallAt Fantasy Daddy we do our best week in and week out to provide your fantasy teams the support to have success on the field.  We also understand that the reality of life effects people in various ways.  This is why we are involved in giving back.  We ask for your help and support as we impact people’s lives.  Steve Adler, the founder of FantasyDaddy.com has a son with Williams Syndrome, you can read his story here.

In 2010 we raised over $5,000 for the Williams Syndrome Association through our charity bowling event/auction “Pick Up 2010”.  In 2011 we will once again host the bowling event and with your help we plan on sponsoring a Miracle League baseball team.

If you can donate a portion of your winnings (or non winnings, in some cases) it is greatly appreciated.  $5, $10, $50 or more, every dollar will have an impact on the lives of special needs children.

Miracle League

San_Diego_logo1The Miracle League of San Diego is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping children with physical and mental disabilities to develop and achieve their full potential: mentally, socially and physically.

We accomplish this through America’s favorite pastime — baseball, providing an opportunity for children with disabilities to play baseball as part of a team in an organized league.

But it’s really so much more…

The benefits of participating in the Miracle League extend beyond the baseball field and impact everyone involved — players, parents, sponsors, coaches, buddies, volunteers and fans.

Williams Syndrome Association

WSAThe WSA is the most comprehensive resource for people and families living with Williams syndrome as well as doctors, researchers and educators.  The WSA provides resources, support and the latest medical information to help your child today and throughout his/her life.

Williams Syndrome is a genetic disorder that is present at birth and can affect anyone.  It is characterized by medical problems, including cardiovascular disease, developmental delays, and learning disabilities.  These occur side by side with striking verbal abilities, highly social personalities and an affinity for music. WS affects 1 in 10,000 people worldwide – an estimated 20,000 to 30,000 people in the United States.
